Warm, friendly environment with great decor perfect blend of heritage charm and modern trends with up cycled goodness. It's no lie the chai lattes were out of this world, hands down the best I've ever had. Food was well priced and genuinely delicious, perfect portion sizes but generous with all the best bits ; The home made flourless pistachio cake was a flavour sensation and the coffee was quality! Presentation of all dishes was tops and the small wait (only due to being so busy which is not surprising was absolutely worth it. One of the best eateries in the hills, I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The food was delicious and the staff perfectly attentive and considerate and friendly. This is a wonderfully situated restaurant in the delightful Gembrook, very tastefully appointed and integrated within a building that has a long history of existence. The menu options are a treat and very inclusive. Would highly recommend Spencers to all!!

Gorgeous place, well set out, great food, cosy fire on a chill autumn day. Baked beans ... home made .... were scrumptious and well deserving of the recommendation by the young gentleman who served us. Husbands thick cut bacon with sourdough and perfectly poached eggs was just THE best. Serving sizes spot on, music in background not intrusive but just right. Highly recommend this little gem in Gembrook. 10/10
