While shopping at Central Department Store, they asked if I wanted a bag, and I understand that there would be a charge for it. The plaza is spacious, with plenty of walking and shopping areas. There are various types of restaurants, especially on the 6th floor. Parking is free for the first 4 hours, and it is easier to find parking now compared to before. The atmosphere of the plaza is decorated for Christmas, with beautiful lights. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
