Usually a great late night place but tonight I waited over 35 Minutes for a grilled cheese, server told me it would be up in less than 5 minutes, waited that and then walked out because they hadn 't even put it on the grill yet. Would have respected honesty more. Wasted 15 dollars on a meal I never got and a 10 tip for nothing. Didn 't even get the pie! Only 5 other people, no one ever offered me a water or anything... 1st waffle house I've been in with a separate to go area...lady who took my order was excellent ....great attitude and Best service I've had... And food is always on point.
My dad and I ate here today at store 1630. We were taken care of by Alysia and Zoe, they were both so very fantastic and friendly. Zoe is a very hardworker and was all over the restaurant helping guests and her coworkers. Alysia greeted every guest that walked in and my dad and I were so impressed with both of their customer service skills and how efficient they both were. They both deserve a raise and will go far! My first time at this Waffle House location and I will be back!
Clean and quiet, perfect spot for a short break from driving.
