Every time I come in here I’m ignored by the staff for minutes at a time before being greeted. Customer service appears to be an afterthought at this location. Unacceptable. Don’t waste your money/energy. View all feedback.
This place is my family’s favorite Always so clean and the employees smiling
The food was all cold, the burgers and fries. The fries were only filled to the half of the container. And to top it off, they forgot the toppings and one of the fries! I’m never coming again to it!
Gotta be the best burger I ever had, the patty was cooked well, the mayo was evenly spread, and it tasted so delicious. Not to mention how friendly the staff was as well, my server had a dope haircut and brought the food really quickly. I also enjoyed the music they were playing in the kitchen.
Hadn't been to a Smashburger in a long time because the one nearest to me closed but everything was fine. Food was as I remembered and arrived quickly.
