Mr. Hero - Painesville

Johnny pretty much runs the show there at Mr Hero!! He makes sure everything is going right!! He’s Amazing and So Accommodating to every single customer!! Above and Beyond his customer service is and I only wish other people could be as Great as he is!! He always takes great care of me!!

Just awesome store, there food is also fantastic. Add more little special cashier Johnny is one of the best cashier I ever had while visiting to the store, very humble kind.

I got yelled at by the manager for using the bathroom. Very bad customer service. Will escalate this to corporate. Going to the restroom is a basic human right yo.

This was the worse sandwich I ever tasted it was a Roman burger it was burnt the bread was over toasted and the salami was burnt so all the burnt stuff was all over my tomato and lettuce and onion and also on the bun. It was so sick. . And they don't even put the Mr Hero house dressing on the sandwiches any more the just add mayo . It was the most the sicked sandwich I ever handed

Order 2 condo meals one bte size one with large wafer fries. The bte was the same size as the regular sandwich and I got a small wafer fries. $40 dollars. Needless to say I won't be eating at Mr hero anymore. Especially since I can buy all the same ingredients they use (steakum) and make multiple sandwiches. And yes I've tried other Mr hero store with the same resultm they're owned by the same person
