Contribute Feedback What Kevin Driscoll likes about Discount Drug Mart Deli:
Was helping friends move. Needed some super glue cuz the guy needed to put the sticky things back on the bottom of his couch. The 4 of us took a trip to “drug mart” to get the glue. View all feedback.
What Lynnie T doesn't like about Discount Drug Mart Deli:
I waited about 10 minutes at the Courtesty desk to return an item. I called the store and listened to the Courtesy desk phone ring and ring. Finally another customer found an employee in an isle and he came over. At that point a woman appeared from somewhere in the back and handled my transaction. I know people take breaks and need them, but I was just left hanging. No sign, no bell to ring, no one to answer the phon... View all feedback.
Am so glad we finally have a Discount Drug Mart near us and we don't have to go to Chesterland (or the gross Mentor location, ugh)! Good prices and plenty of selection without having to traipse through a bigger store. Plus the pharmacists are super helpful and friendly here!

I never would have thought I'd be reviewing a drug store! But I was so impressed with Discount Drug Mart that I just had to write a review. This was my first time here and was blown away with everything that they offer it is like they took a Target and shrunk it down! The ones working in the pharmacy itself were super busy, but still very nice and friendly. Jessica is the pharmacist that we talked to and although she was busy, she took time to listen without making us feel like we were a bother. And she was friendly to boot! They have fresh fruit and veggies and they looked fresh and in good condition. They have a deli they have a large frozen foods section they have clothing, bakeware, groceries... I even bought some cute oven proof bowls to make french onion soup in! And you would think that the prices would be way high, but although a few things were a little higher, the majority of the products were priced pretty much what you would pay at Giant Eagle or Target. Anyway, I did not expect to find all of this, along with great customer service in a drug store! Who knew? Well now we all do!
I just had to price shop a really expensive script that has no generic option. I'm not sure if I spoke to a pharmacist or a pharmacy tech, but I was impressed with the time she took with me, answering my questions and giving some really helpful advice. My co-pay is really high and I'm not even sure if the medicine will work, or if I'll have a reaction to it, so she suggested filling only part of it to see if I have any issues. I never thought of that, and it really is a good idea. I'd hate to have 120 pills if, after taking it for 2 weeks, I end up with issues. I've always been so very pleased with the staff at this store, this is just another example of the level of service they provide.
Concord township location has the best employees. the pharmacists Jessica and Lisa are the best. they go out of their way to help you however they can. make you feel important. Tiffany, one of the techs,. is by far the nicest person you will ever meet. she is very knowledgeable and will do whatever is needed to make sure you have a great experience. wouldn't go anywhere else.
