Chipotle Mexican Grill - Painesville

The dining room had two overflowing trash cans, which was quite unappealing. The bar area where food is prepared looked messy and hadn't been cleaned properly. Although there were many employees present, the staff member handling orders came across as inappropriate and angry. The only positive aspect of my visit was the kind demeanor of the person at the checkout.

Avoid this place if you are a food delivery driver. I waited over TWO HOURS for an order. You shouldn?t accept online orders if you don?t have the manpower. I wouldn?t eat anything here either. So much cross contamination with gloves, dirty counters, the register, overflowing trash, and food. Nope, I will eat at home. My cooking and cleaning is a whole lot better.

Cannot imagine an employee less interested in serving food than the young man who made my carnitas bowl. He barely acknowledged me and slapped the food into the bowl without a care including at least a cup of sour cream drenching everything. All this plus the whole food section was a dirty disorganized mess. I wish I had walked away. I took pictures it was so bad.

So next morning we left our hotel moved a little more closer to our destination (Niagara Falls). Stopped by Chipotle on the way as it is my preferred spot for food. Their quick efficient service fresh food has no match. I picked a vegetarian said bowl without cheese, as always it tasted wonderful. Fresh cut greens, warm rice, beans, sweet corn with a scoop of Guacamole are a match made in heaven. The store wasn't busy, was all clean including the washroom. #RoadTrip #ToNiagaraFalls

Decent chipotle, food was fresh for the most part. Actual restaurant itself was ok, just needed a cleaning though. We had to clean the table we sat down at by wiping away the mess from the previous person. Wait staff behind the counter was busy when we were in there as the line was always at the front door, however this does not mean customers need to clean the tables also.
