Service absolutely terrible. We used the takeaway service (first time having jingles) and collected. My partner went in and was abruptly told to sit and wait. Rudely told he wasn 't allowed to use the toilet unless he was eating in. He was also told you booked for 8pm, so that 's when your order will be ready this was a few minutes before 8pm. Food is awful. Loaded fries were nasty cheap chips, topping was just a blob of sticky mess. Nachos were rock hard. Two people eating in the restaurant were complaining about their food which was unsurprising. Definitely won 't be ordering again!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I phoned... read more We have previously eaten inside the restaurant and we had brilliant experience. On this holiday we decided to get a takeaway (delivered) from Jingles. I phoned up to place the order as we were unsure if they'd deliver to our caravan park. The chap on the phone was friendly and very pleasant to speak with.
