The Tamale Place - Pahrump

The Tamales were so good, I actually started to tear up. To the cook. I strongly recommend getting a full cup of her beautiful Enchilada sauce on the side for diving. This place is great, no matter what your diet is. The spinattas become with butter, non-animal fat, and have a whole veggie filling. The sweet fools are also vegetarian. You can also make special vegan fools on request, but you need them a day before. Not many places in Pahrump, if at all, that especially for vegetarians and vegans very thoughtful to the cook. Last note: The place is super sweet if you want to eat, and they very carefully pack everything if you take 're out.

I got the tamale sampler plate, and my mother for the chili Verde nachos and they were both so delicious. The owner is very sweet! I can't wait to come back next time I am in town.

My girlfriend and I were driving through and wanted to get a meal. We like tamales and saw this place and it did not disappoint. We had the Sampler Platter and we tried the Pork, Beef, Chicken, Green Pepper and Cheese tamales. We even tried the Sweet Tamale with Ice Cream. We had a chance to talk with Joseph, who runs the place with his wife. He struck me as a humble man, easy to talk to, and took pride in his product. We would eat again if we 're in the area!

This place makes the best tamales I've ever eaten. They have four savoury options including a vegetarian, green chile and cheese option that totally won over this carnivore. I've tried two of the desserts and both were a warm, sweet, satisfying conclusion to the meal. The owner and staff are all super friendly and helpful. Both eat-in and take-out are quick and convenient. I've gotta make it there for the lunch buffet some Saturday to try the stuff they don't have on weekdays.

We have ordered tamales here many times. The service has been wonderful and I love that they have new choices. I recently brought home the spinach tamales and they were a hit. Happy to see they are thriving and hope others will support this local business.
