Local told us that they serve decent food in Pagudpud. We are able to try longganisa silog, bangus silog, dinakdakan, and empanada (not able to take photos of dinakdakan and longganisa). I miss their empanadas the best I keep looking for here in Manila. My partner was also craving their Empanada. If I ever get the chance to go back to Ilocos, I will not waste a day without tasting WILAC's Emapanada, so crispy and tasty Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The price is delicious and very affordable. Best isaw I've tasted, very tasty and clean, their dishes are also delicious especially vegetables like pinakbet. they also have anchovy fish that is home made, very tasty. Highly recommend eatery here in Pagudpud.
Yummy empanadas! It's only ₱60 but it's big and delish. Worth it! Tried sinanglao and igado. It's okay if it's just on the salty side.
