Went through the drive through and ordered 3 spicy chk filet meals. Get home and one is raw. Ok didn’t bother with taking it back I trashed it and went back to get another one and was told they had no more. Boy said we are out and we close in 40mins. Told him exactly 40 mins I would like another filet. Said to me they take 30 mins to cook we aren’t cooking anymore. This is BS I’ve had to wait plenty of times for a filet and it’s anywhere from 12-15 mins. They are lazy there and try their best not to have to work at their JOB.This isn’t the first time this happened. A few weeks prior I went to order a meal and was told they were out of fries and were not dropping anymore. It was 815-820ish. They close at 10!!! What the world. KFC needs to actually hire people that don’t mind working and doing their jobs. It’s fast food you should make sure you have enough food to last and drop food when needed especially when you have a while before you close. If they worked as much as they huddle outside talking and smoking we wouldn’t have these issues.
