I waited over an hour for my siomai to be served. I had to stand and walk to the counter because there were no waitstaff available to take my order.

The food is decent, and the ambiance of the place is wonderful, but the air conditioning and Wi-Fi are really weak. The service also needs improvement, as it was noticeably slow.

The food is decent, but please, for the sake of everything, train your staff on how to interact with customers. No one came to take my order, and as a first-time visitor, I was left feeling confused about whether I should place my order at the counter or wait for someone to come to me.
