The kiosks were not working, making it impossible to pay at the kiosk. The outdoor dining area had a lot of cobwebs and spider remains, but the food and snacks were delicious! The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. We waited for over 20 minutes after placing our order for someone to bring our food and take our payment, with no acknowledgment or apology. I left feeling very disappointed with this establishment.
I have a problem with this specific Sonic location. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for items through the app and then be told they can't make them.

This location is Horrible. Always out of stock when you order something and the food is prepared worse than any other sonic I’ve been to. Dine here and risk being sick for days.
