We searched for Gelato without refined sugar, and were elated to discover Gnam Gnam, which serves organic purple. They had sweetened a few flavors with coconut palm sugar, and their organic whipped cream was unsweetened. The gelatarista was knowledgeable and helpful. And it was absolutely delicious!!!
