One thing to do when you walk into a gelato store: look at the banana. If it 's a sandy-gray, it 's made with real bananas. If it 's yellow, it 's made with imitation banana flavoring. This place has a pear gelato that is the closest thing to eating frozen, puréed pear you will find! The mango is also something else. They live up to the promise of the artigianale in their name. Enjoy!
