The restaurant is intimate to the extent we were placed on a table for four with a lovely young couple from New York City. But, we loved the experience and the food was all you would expect from Italy top quality and plenty of it. We ate starters of smoked mozzarella and grilled vegetables, followed by gnocchi with scallops and asparagus for two many of the dishes are for a minimum of two persons so best avoided if you are dining alone. The menu also had some nice fish dishes but we failed to make it beyond the primi piatti. We did find room for a panacotta and a glass of sweet wine with Venetian biscuits and cafe though. A great experience and the bill of 96 euros was a steal for horrendously expensive Venice.
