I do not recommend the Neapolitan dough. I don 't understand why show photos of cornices with a perfect alveolation, and then serve a raw, very heavy dough, which only made me think that they put two balls in one in order to make the cornice bigger. I started having stomach cramps as soon as I stepped out of the pizzeria. Ingredients in themselves are not bad, but if you don 't feel like making a certain type of doug... View all feedback.
