We stayed in this farm in Pasquetta. The place is delicious! A short glimpse of small contrada that encloses warmth and typicalness of past times. Everything perfectly kept and preserved. You enter the street Crespano del Grappa Possagno, there is an ampous parking and an internal courtyard to an old village with houses that surround a green garden and an ancient well: we are in the Agriturismo Al Vecchio Borgo . A large entrance hall and two smaller south, all well lit. Monica, the nice all-round maid welcomes you with courtesy, but we hurry to sit and order the appetizers: pork that melts in the mouth, suppressed by ancient flavors, cup with intense taste and salami of the tradition of pedemontana in winter also fresh and freshly beaten to the grill: a delight accompanied by polenta! . We are in the realm of the pig that you can find in braciole, sausages and fabulous ribs. The owner Demitri is an expert in pigs, he works them: Trust me! If you want some first delicious, there are tagliatelle with boar or duck ragù or meat. The meats are of very first quality: costed by sorane kilos that Demitri breeds and that you need well cooked in the grill and also slices of lamb or cut. The sweets are the domain of Jessica, great pastry, and you find them in good quantity, accompanied by an agile and sparkling prosecco that delights your spirit. If you love red, here you find a great and full-bodied Carmenere coming from a vine of the Colli Asolani area, recently rediscovered and with a very marked taste. Here, for us friends looking for relaxation and gastronomic delights, this is a place that never disappoints you!
Cosy, warm and quiet place. Sottaceti and other delicious home products, very soft cut and perfect cooking. Honest prices, we will definitely return!

Friendly background, friendly staff, genuine and tasty dishes, abundant portions. Excellent cut, very good appetizers (subacetes, exquisite, are also for sale) and noodles. Especially the tiramisu made without eggs. A pleasant surprise the final account: at the time of order we did not have the list and in our head we had imagined a sum of at least 30-40% higher, given the overall quality.
