The restaurant belongs to a hotel, but has an extra entrance. it is quite modern and there is not much to put out at the device. the card is designed for a fleee lover. because there are many steaks and burgers, but for vegetarians the selection is limited and a little sweet. as a greeting from the kitchen was served a salmon mouuse, which has tasted fine. the brot at the table was served with a red pesto, which was probably not self-made, it looks like a finished product. as a main dish I had a rumpsteak (medium rare) which was served with bratkartoffeln, drilling in the speckmantel and a crumble butter. the steak was quite well roasted and well seasoned. Unfortunately, my steak was permeated by some fibers that resisted a steak knife and there was a cut through the meat so that a fried side can be detached from the rest of the steak. letzeres should not happen. the bratkartoffeln and drilling were ok, the crimped butter also, even though I had a better or at least not so hard (from the frying sickness). the beer was very good for it. the service strives and competent. the restaurant is on a good way, but a few things should not be hold for a restaurant in this category. is definitely worth giving him a second chance.

The restaurant was at the hotel arosa where I lived. it was beautiful, but not overwhelming. it was a good value for money and I would visit it again.
