Absolutely unacceptable experience. We placed an order at a completely reasonable time through Uber Eats and paid for it in full. First, we were told that the delivery would arrive in about 10 minutes. Later, we were informed that the driver had supposedly arrived and that nobody was available to receive the order. However, we never received any Uber Eats notification, call, or message indicating that the driver had arrived. As a result, our food was never delivered despite the restaurant being open and accepting orders at that time. To make matters worse, when we contacted the restaurant for clarification, the staff member who answered the phone appeared more interested in joking around with a colleague than taking our concern seriously. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. The most unbelievable part was being told to come and pick up the food ourselves at 3 AM, after already paying for delivery. That is simply not an acceptable solution. This was one of the most frustrating food delivery experiences I have ever had. Poor communication, no accountability, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend others to think twice before ordering from this restaurant.
We order if there is no time to cook, from time to time to pizza, pasta and/or salad in the pizza center. The quality of the food is not overwhelming, but for a pizza delivery service within the framework; the service varies (depends very much on the respective employee). The dishes can be ordered by phone or online and can be picked up or brought according to your request.
