One lady was friendly, but the other ca... read more Were there on Saturday morning, the place is really nice, the cake was good, but unfortunately the service was terrible. One lady was friendly, but the other came without a smile and asked very bluntly what it could be. This only happened after we asked if someone could take our order and she complained. We had to wait forever for drinks after we got the cake. We also had to go to the employee first for the bill. She clumsily came up to us again and then left the full tray with dirty dishes from another table with us when she left and we sat there for a while. This year I'm changing my mind so that the café is my absolute hotspot when it comes to breakfast. Super tasty and especially in Paderborn. Service is good. Unfortunately, this time we had to experience extremely unfriendly and unprofessional treatment from an employee. As we sat down, we were confronted with the demanding announcement: “Either you get up and sit in the four person seat with the other two customers or you won’t get a seat.” Such behavior is not only rude, but also completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry . Instead of looking for a solution or communicating kindly, we were given the choice of being uncomfortable or leaving we chose the latter. It's a shame because the café itself has potential. However, as long as such service is offered, we cannot recommend it.
