Seen some comments on here about this place being expensive. 14 Euros for a lamb curry with rice is not expensive and i find those types of comments petty. The waiter and the chef were friendly and having just travelled over from the UK, it was good to have a curry just like one finds in the UK Lol (Sarcasm). Portions were just right. View all feedback.
What davidwilliambarnes doesn't like about Indian Curry House:
Had a family meal here recently and although we had a variety of Indian food I thought it was lacking quality. The food was ok but nothing more I found it expensive for the amount we ordered. Service was a bit slow too. Waiter was good and knowledgeable. View all feedback.
To look at the curry house from outside it looks like a simple curry house but in my experience looks can be deceiving ,so i went inside and waited 5 mins for someone to come and show my family and i to a table ,the ambiance was poor and no background music except the sound of the owners mobile going off , and the couple on the table in front of us had brought there dog in with them ,which is a no go for me ,we ordered our meals which were well over priced but thought well if its so dear it must be good ,the food was lacking in spice and flavour and practically no heat what so ever ,chapati was dry like biscuits ,when it came to paying the bill the owner came with a hand written bill which i think a 5 yr old had written because it was unreadable, the bill was 81 euro so i pulled out my flexable friend which he said they didnt except plastic and only cash ,so i had to leave my family there whist i went to the bank which is ridiculous in this day and age ,so wow what a total let down the worse curryhouse i have ever visited ,i am from lancashire and curryhouses are the norm for us so i would say i know what im talking about ,i would advise anybody to stay well clear from this place because it isnt a good business and wont stay open much longer on the standards there working too
I ate at this restaurant with my aunt, uncle, and brother. The food was decent, but fairly expensive for what it was. The major problem, however, was that...
Quite possibly the worst curry I have ever had. Barely any flavour I think they left out a lot of spices. What tasted like very cheap frozen chicken, and watery tikka. On previous visits, I’ve asked for more spice and have always, without fail, been disappointed. I’ve ordered from here before and each time I’ve been disappointed. Three times is enough to strike this one off the list for good. If you want a good curry in Paderborn, try Kurkuma 400, Indian Palace, or Goa. Anywhere but here.

Great Indian meal here on a busy Saturday night. Tasty food and very reasonably priced. Only downside is they only deal in cash but otherwise recommend
