**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag at Wingstop**
Recent visits to Wingstop reveal a blend of culinary promise and operational shortcomings. While the wings are praised for their flavor and decent preparation, patrons consistently experience long wait times and issues with orders, including inaccuracies and incomplete deliveries. The restaurant's cleanliness has come under scrutiny, and customer service encounters can be hit-or-miss – with some staff providing commendable assistance, while others exhibit unprofessional behavior. Despite the challenges, loyal customers express nostalgia for the wings, suggesting that with improvements in service and cleanliness, this establishment could regain its former glory.

I placed an order for pickup at a specific time, hoping to avoid a long wait, but unfortunately, I still had to wait for my order. Additionally, the restaurant was dirty and the service was poor. To make matters worse, my order was incomplete when I got home.
All Wingstops are terrible. I initially thought it was just this particular location, but all Wingstops I have visited in LA are dirty, with terrible service, and there is always something wrong with my order. It is better to buy and prepare your own wings if you are paying someone to poorly make them. The wings are always dry, as if they were made five days ago and served anyway. Additionally, my paid-for side dish was missing. I called the store to explain the situation, and was told to bring my order back, as if I wasn't already at home. I decided to just accept the loss, but I suggest spending your money and satisfying your hunger somewhere else that is more decent.
All Wingstop locations are disappointing. I initially thought it was just this particular site, but my experiences at various Wingstop restaurants in LA have all been similarly terrible—dirty environments, awful service, and issues with my order every single time. Honestly, it’s more worthwhile to buy and cook your own wings than to pay for poorly prepared ones. The wings are always dry, as if they were made five days ago and then reheated. To make matters worse, the side I paid for was missing from my order. When I called the store to explain, I was told I would need to return my order—like I wasn’t already at home. I just accepted the loss, but I recommend spending your money and appetite at a better place.
This was my first visit back since the pandemic. Unfortunately, the neighborhood still feels run-down, which wasn’t a surprise. The wings are just as good as I remember, and the service from the new staff was impressive.
