I almost considered leaving to try s... read more I stopped by to pick up dinner for my family, and as expected, the place was packed—there were about 30 people ahead of me. I almost considered leaving to try somewhere else, but after watching the staff in action, I felt confident it wouldn’t take long. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, each person perfectly in sync with their role. It was impressive to see the younger staff handling everything like pros! They quickly stepped up their pace, and before I knew it, we were all out the door. It was amazing to watch them work so seamlessly as a team. Now I understand why this is my favorite Panda Express location.

Upon entering, I noticed many employees chatting among themselves and not paying any attention to me. There was no greeting or acknowledgment of my arrival. Andre was the server who took my order.

Upon entering, I noticed several employees chatting amongst themselves, completely ignoring my presence with no greeting at all. The server, Andre (order #247707), was quite rude; she took her time before even asking for my order, and then brought me the wrong items. It seemed like she was uninterested in assisting me at all. To make matters worse, the so-called manager came out and was also rude. Overall, it was a negative environment and not a good place to dine. Additionally, the serving size of the chow mein was very small.

They forgot to include the small entree that was supposed to come with the larger plate. When I requested the correct order, they charged me for the missing item. Alondra, the cashier, explained that she had to do this because it would have cost more, even though I hadn’t asked for any changes. Additionally, the kitchen staff was openly complaining about having to prepare more food. Overall, they really need to improve their customer service and teamwork, as the manager didn’t intervene to help resolve the issue.
