The restaurant was busy and a little noisy for conversation, but we managed just fine. Overall, we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the food, drinks, company, and the beautiful sunset!

The ceviche was outstanding, and I strongly recommend the fried sweet plantains. We were seated near the door to the outdoor patio, so I kept my coat on during the meal. I will definitely be returning!

The food was mediocre at best and the service was the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant in 40 years of dining out. We had to tackle an employee to order desert after we sat for almost an hour without any server coming by our table. There are two bathrooms for a massive restaurant and a 15 minute wait for the bathroom. Pacifica should investigate this restaurant for a building code violation for having only two bathrooms for a huge place like this. To add insult to injury, we were charged a 22% service charge for the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. If you want lousy food and incredibly bad service, then this is the restaurant for you. If you want an acceptable dining experience, go somewhere else as the management of this place is taking complete advantage of their location while offering lousy food and incredibly bad service.
