Great customer service got my order right and they were very kind with the courtesy ice water. They are now allowing indoor seating with the exception of the bar. Outdoor seating is also available. What Michael Gallas doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
Poor customer service. Incorrect order, did not take initiative to correct it but instead continued working on other orders. When asked for bathroom code, the woman did not mention one of the bathrooms was closed so I kept entering the code. I then asked if the code was incorrect only for her to mention afterwards only one bathroom works. Once they told me my order was ready it was still missing one more item. Overal... 15 minutes and counting for a simple beverage. Normally no problem here? hope this isn?t becoming the norm. EDIT: Error taking drink order. A barista saw that I was waiting a long time, checked with me, and immediately made my drink. Bumped up a star for correcting the error.
Fast and friendly service, either a little busy or SUPER busy (like on July 4th). Thank you for having a nice store! I think it would be nice to have things like packaged sugar, cinnamon, creamer, etc. available in the dining area to conveniently gussy up a beverage.
Poor customer service. The lady helping take my order rolled her eyes and turned her back before I could even finish talking.
NO Wi-Fi !! Closes at 6:00pm. Not so friendly service!! AVOID if you can.
First time here. Clean, organized, and safe. Helpful and respectful staff. Good coffee with reasonable prices. Thank You!
