A great place to stop and eat if you're doing the TransAmerica Trail. We had brisket burgers and a hamburger. Both were delicious. It's unfortunately closing this year. The property is being sold and it sounds like the new owners do not want the cafe to continue. The current owner would like to keep it open up to Thanksgiving to do his annual Thanksgiving dinner. Me and my son were coming from hunting and needed a drink so we thought we would stop in to get a to go glass of tea. We walked in the door and the owner immediately asked if I was part of a certain group and I said no, he then told me he was sold out! And could not serve us.
