Visited the area with my husband and spied this cafe tucked in between buildings, a little hidden. Stopped in for brunch and I'm so glad we did. The owner is so nice, service excellent, the little courtyard seating in back soothing, and the food was absolutely perfect. We both got cold brew coffee (the icecubes are also coffee), he got the Eggs Benedict Sandwich and I got the Nordic Tuna (served in lettuce wraps). Th... View all feedback.
What Richelle Ferree doesn't like about Courtyard Cafe:
This was a nice place to visit. I'm a big fan of the environment and they are doing great things for that, but not with great food. Everything was well thought out, except the food. While an eggs Benedict sandwich sounds great, in practice, it's a mess. And the hollandaise was more of a suggestion than an accoutrement. You can take your dog there, so that's a plus, but make sure there are 2 humans so 1 can go in to o... View all feedback.
The girls and I went there for brunch and we all had eggs on avocado toast. We loved that we could customize our eggs with a variety of options, including different cheeses, tomatoes, herbs, and more. We enjoyed our meal in the garden area, which was lovely. We’ll definitely be returning and will share our experience with others. The food was healthy and delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant and clean.
My husband and I recently visited the area and discovered this charming café nestled between buildings. We decided to stop in for brunch, and I’m so glad we did! The owner was incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and the cozy courtyard seating in the back was so serene. The food was simply perfect. We both had cold brew coffee, which came with ice cubes made from coffee—such a nice touch! He ordered the Eggs Benedict Sandwich, while I opted for the Nordic Tuna served in lettuce wraps. The dishes were clean, beautifully simple yet complex, and absolutely delicious—exactly what we were craving. I also tried a metabolism health shot, served in a delightful little espresso cup with a saucer. I can’t wait to return soon, without a doubt!
We dropped by for brunch with my husband, and I’m so glad we did. The owner was incredibly friendly, the service was outstanding, the tranquil courtyard seating at the back was lovely, and the food was simply perfect.
The ambiance of this place is really cool. However for the price and time waited for the food, it was not great. The flavors were bland and the ingredients were definitely not as fresh as advertised to be. We ordered with an older woman (owner im guessing) who came off as judgmental when i asked for added cheese on the “Egg Benedict Sandwich. Then, after receiving the food, there was no added cheese on the sandwich, and bacon and cheese missing from my friends “Broken Egg Sandwich”. When my friend went to ask for her bacon, she was given one strip. We assumed we were charged extra for these items, but we were not offered a receipt to check. Being in a bit of a rush we didn’t bother to ask for anything else to be fixed, considering the time it took for the food to come out in the first place. We ordered juices as well, but they didn’t come out until after the food was already eaten. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back, or recommending.
Quaint Cafe with a great atmosphere and delicious food.
