Mcdonald's - Ozark

Very efficient service in the food was very tasty and in great shape.

Good service fast friendly. Food is always the same across the country, McDonald's finest food.

This location is the worse location you can go to in this area rn. They are the only location that I've been to that charges you for a sauce for your nuggets or fries. No body knows what they are doing it seems bc they try charging you again if you pay online. They tried charging me for someone else's meal and I've when multiple times in the past few weeks and every time I go it's this same issue I have but only at this Ozark local. Every location in Springfield and nixa even in Branson doesn'have these issues I'm very very upset at the staff.

Called the place to ask for a menu item. Ended up getting rude response. The lady said we were calling every 10 minutes, even tho it was the first time we had called. Basically she went against policy by disrespecting customers, and assuming that we were the ones calling, when we weren't. I hope this place fixes this problem, and takes it into consideration. Thank you.
