I like captain d as general rule, but this experience could change my mind. only customer at the site. waited a few minutes while the staff chatted before they... read more I like captain d as general rule, but this experience could change my mind. only customer at the site. waited a few minutes while the staff chatted before they were asked for my order. it took at least 15 minutes to get my fish order. nothing special, just simple fish and chips. I had to find a table to sit down and there were no clean tables. during the search noticed very dirty environment. I think I'm going to see a captain d's.

H... read more The restaurant had a very limited staff, with only the General Manager at the front and one person cooking in the back (possibly only one other staff member). However, they worked together as an incredibly efficient team! The food arrived fresh, beautifully presented, and hot. The General Manager was also very friendly.
