It was not busy when we came in, the halo-halo is so good and must be when visit, friendly staff fast service it took 20 minutes to get the what we order , with few parking spaces but you can park nearby side of the road, broken toilet flusher no sanitary gels. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
