Good selection of cafés in Ozamiz. It is located in the Royal Garden Hotel.
The ambience was great. The food was also very delicious. It can be a great place, occasionally, but not always as it is a bit expensive.
Surprisingly ok coffee, wasn't expecting this in Ozamiz.
