Had an absolutely fabulous lunch, huge chateau briandes, really good tartiflettes and a mountain of accompanying dishes (chips salad sauces). Really really really friendly team, chef, patron all spoke good English. Very attentive and sympathetic service. Look it’s a high end place and is not the cheapest on the slopes but the food is of a quality and status and the ambiance more than justified the marginally higher prices. This is not self service mass catering. Open fire 1.2kg steak steak cooked on view. Would definitely recommend.

Steak w... read more A warm welcome in the mountains, probably the best lunch we had on the slopes. Meats cooked on an open fire, fine looking salads and local specialities. Steak was really good, chicken skewers tasty, tender and a generous portion. The dessert with chestnut ice cream and fondant was one of the best desserts I’ve tasted. Staff were great. Steak knives were incredibly sharp. Four mains, two puddings and drinks, bill came to €120.
