They frequently run out of white meat chicken, and they also turn off their phone, making it impossible to place phone orders.
This was the worst food I've ever experienced. I ordered a shrimp plate, which consisted of a few pieces of grilled shrimp haphazardly placed on plain white rice with a mere tablespoon of teriyaki sauce drizzled on top—it was terrible. I also tried the dumplings, but they were undercooked and soggy. I ended up giving them to my dog because I couldn't bring myself to eat them. If I had been starving and hadn't just spent $30 on delivery, I would have thrown the entire meal away.
Teriyaki is not steak! Paid almost 11 bucks for a bowl that I thought was ribeye.. Should have went to hawaii BBQ Never coming back here
I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, but the chicken arrived cold. When I called the restaurant to report this, the person I spoke with seemed surprised. I confirmed the chicken was cold and gave my order details. When asked if I still had the bowl, I explained I had microwaved it to warm it up. Their response was, "So why are you calling?" I said I wanted them to let the cook know. They replied it was something they would handle next time. I wasn’t offered a replacement, credit, or even an apology. I shouldn’t have had to microwave my food. I would have returned the bowl, but I’m disabled and didn’t have transportation. May 3rd, 2022.
