Not only did they get my order exactly right, but the staff was also incredibly friendly when I went to pick it up. They asked if I wanted anything else or any sides, which I appreciated. Overall, this is one of the better Subways I've visited.

I just saw one of t... read more I’m currently waiting in line outside the Subway at the Fremont Shopping Center on VTA Rd in Oxnard for the free sandwich offer at 10:00 AM. I just saw one of the employees stand on the countertop to hang up a menu sign. When she got down, she didn’t sanitize the counter. With that, I’m not comfortable eating here anymore.

This kind young woman was extremely patient and nailed our entire order perfectly. With five kids in tow, I ordered two meatball sandwiches cut into six pieces, letting each child pick their own toppings—naturally, changing their minds multiple times between olives and pickles. She managed it all with a smile, making the whole experience pleasant. I’m truly thankful she was there to assist us!
