The restaurant was very busy, but the food was incredibly fresh. The only downside was that the service was a bit lacking; we found ourselves waiting to receive our bills and our orders were occasionally overlooked. View all feedback.

To make matters worse, when they forgot to give us our egg rolls, I could never get them. The staff always had excuses for why I couldn't have them, claiming my request was too outdated, even though it was less than a month old. They didn't seem to care that I was upset or insulted over the situation. Although it was just a $2 item, I still paid for it.

Stingy and mental. that is my experience in this restaurant. panda express eating is quite delicious. that's a gift. but the people here are not friendly and generally stingy with their portions. even stingy with the chowmein! really? I'm used to the fact that Chinese almost food is in the box, so it's hard to close the lid. not here. once they forget to give us our eager roles. I could never get her. they always had an apology for why I couldn't have them. they didn't believe me. they said my reception was too old. (less than a month. they don't care if I'm upset or insulted. it was just a $2 item, but I paid for it. Anyway, stingy is not a good look. we are going to another Chinese place now.
This is a cozy little restaurant with limited seating, making it not ideal for large gatherings. It maintains a high standard of cleanliness. The food is both affordable and delicious. They also accept online orders and are quick to fulfill them, so if you want your meal hot, it's best to arrive a bit earlier than the estimated pickup time.
I really love this Panda Express. Naja and the team always remain calm, even during long lines at times. They consistently get the job done at The Rose Panda Express. You all definitely deserve a 5-star rating for your excellent service under pressure!
