They are getting very stingy with their food, but the thing that tipped it... read more I 'm giving my Panda Express, at the Rose, 1 star for being mean spirited and nasty. They are getting very stingy with their food, but the thing that tipped it over for me was when they refused to honor their own receipt when we took it back and told them they did NOT give us the eggrolls we ordered online and PAID FOR. The girls said, sorry, this receipt has expired. Excuse me? When does a receipt expire? It shows proof that we paid for something less than a month ago. I called and was told to bring the receipt it and they would replace the eggrolls. A couple of weeks later we ordered food again, took the receipt in and they refused it. The eggrolls are not the issue . They are not even that good. The issue is that we paid a whole $2.00 for them and did not get them, and they refused to give them to us. Are they calling us liars? So, Panda Express, for $2.00 you bought yourselves a 1 star review.
