What Newton Greenholt doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Jackson Ave:
Paid extra for breadcrumbs on our mac and cheese. Not only did they have no breadcrumbs, they were barely half full. My sandwich was supposed to be fully dressed but only had lettuce. My husband's was supposed to have lettuce only but was fully dressed. For 35$ one expects much better than this! View all feedback.

I dine here once a week, and sometimes even more often. I know it's a bit embarrassing, but I absolutely love it! I give it 5 stars.
The general manager is outstanding and incredibly friendly. The food is consistently accurate, fresh, and generally dependable.
