What Gerald N doesn't like about Dunkin':
This place is perfect for a quick coffee and donuts. There's a drive-thru if you prefer to stay in your car. The service was prompt and friendly. Although they didn't have a complete selection of donuts during my visit in the late afternoon, there were still several options available. View all feedback.
They are a lil slow n always to train new employees so u must definitely check on order, but otherwise that great service
The coffee was lukewarm and tasted off, almost like urine. I also requested one cream, but they added three instead. Other than that, the experience was okay.
Waste of time and money: The staff had a bad attitude, the food was burnt, and I felt like the management was dismissive of my concerns. It's a shame I can't leave a zero-star review because I certainly would. One star.

As a bank employee, I understand that high levels of customer service are essential, but I found the service here to be quite lacking. The tone used when taking my order felt rude, with multiple instances of the staff asking, "Will that be all?" Additionally, my order was incorrect despite me clearly stating it several times. I also noticed some employees displaying a negative attitude towards their colleagues while they were simply doing their jobs, which was disheartening. It seemed like there was a general dissatisfaction with the work environment. A smile can go a long way, even on tough days. Furthermore, I expected to receive a receipt but it wasn't provided, likely due to the order being wrong. I believe that proper training in customer service should be mandatory for anyone in this role.
