My son really enjoys their regular hot coffee, while I sometimes treat myself to their hazelnut hot or frozen coffee.

The coffee is burnt, lacks cream and flavor, if they remember to add it at all, and yet the price continues to rise.

This Dunks is not like any other dunks in the area that I've ever been to.I don't know why if it's just the management that runs it or what but they're a little... read more This Dunks is not like any other dunks in the area that I've ever been to.I don't know why if it's just the management that runs it or what but they're a little extra like they put their delivery in bags and they have like a tap that almost you would expect at a bar but for coffee something maybe you would see in Starbucks.So in comparison to all the other Dunkins I guess you would say that this one is eliteHowever its employees hold it back from being truly great.I've just gone in there too many times and seen a couple people who just really didn't do anything at all and we're just their existing not contributing to the work at all causing more work and confusion by being such dead weight employees.It's got a few Superstar employees and then it's got some deadbeats so until they fix that this place will never reach its full potential.
