Wig Pen - Oxford

We liked the view of The Wig Pen when it was near the theater. I downloaded the Greene King app to allow us to order and pay from our table. Apart from my own bank that blocked my card transactions, it worked very well. It was more convenient, especially as the bar was quickly filled up due to St. Patrick's Day. There were 5 of us in my party and we all ordered various meals such as sausage and Maische x2 Bacon burger and chips and 1 cake and chips/mash together with 5 soft drinks for £65, which I thought was very reasonable. Add additional £6 for 2 desserts. roughly reminded prices of the app, but close. The toilets are at the top for male and female disabled toilets located directly on the stairs leading to the balcony seating area and toilets. The young man who brought us our meals and drinks and desserts was very polite and polite. When you come down after the use of the toilets, members of the public carry trays of food or beverages just over the stairs. I tried to place men and women on the stairs, and I hoped they would be the same to me, but unfortunately not. I put it on the day. I wouldn't stop coming back to the pub.

Nice place with friendly and attentive staff. No Sunday dinner. Roast beef was delicious with a beautiful supply of veg and roasting. Daughter had the chicken and mush pie what was big and the chips amazing! Wife had Mac and cheese with bacon that looked good and a generous salad. Also the choc pudding and cream tea cheesecake had both brilliant.

This bar is located in the center of Oxford and has many seating, especially if you want to see a game. You have Old Mout Cherry cedar on **** that is big! It is so convenient to order and pay via their app from your table.

I love tomato soup, cake and fish chip. But portion is very large and we could not finish all the foods. However, the ordering and payment system via the mobile Greene King app was a bit laborious.

This was such a lovely place! Very well lit and fun. Coming in, I grabbed a table and went to order form the bar. The place is spacious enough that I didn't feel crowded in and still had a nice cozy atmosphere. A great selection of gins and mixers for decent prices. The pie was good, and the gin was delicious.
