The Crown Stadhampton - Oxford

Poor menu choice. Very meat/burger oriented. Very limited choices for a vegan, vegetarian or children. We were the only ones in there on what would be a popular day of the week for a lunch out. Staff appeared to have needed more training.

Had such a great time here this weekend with my partner. Jamie and the team there took such good care of us. Great for a cheeky cocktail, burger and great place to dance the night away see you again soon

We saw this charming pub whilst driving through the village a tad hungry.It was early in the day say 11.30am and food wasn't served till 12noon. We had been up late the night before and needed a bit of a brunch and when we asked the owner, Paul, he was happy to cook us something to order. Ham, egg and chips followed and Paul could not do enough for us.The food was very tasty, well presented and cooked well. I loved the décor of the restaurant modern and stylish. It's newly renovated in a very smart/homely/rustic way and somewhere I'd love to go back to when we are next down that way on our travels.Paul said this was his new business venture and judging by what we saw and ate, we think it will be a huge success. Thank for looking after us from the girl who loved your cushions !

Visited last Thursday after staying at a local caravan site Walked in and wasn't sure but have to say decor was fab manager who served us polite and helpful Ordered our food burger and steak and ale pie it was lovely Found out after had only just opened 4 days ago well worth s visit Good luck to everyone at the pub will visit again

We had a wonderful lunch at The Crown. We enjoyed the Sunday roast chicken and local sausages paired with a delightful Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. The pub atmosphere was charming and the service was excellent. We will definitely be returning soon!
