a real favorite. I was disappointed several times and the food never disappointed, although the service sometimes leaves much to wish. they can't be too much, though given the prices. the Bento boxes are a particularly good offer and are very fillable. especially if they also treat themselves to a side of chili chips. was a pretty good place to get cheap Japanese, lots of carby dishes and supp big drawers. I have only increased their prices, better options on cowley for the same price now View all feedback.
Good east asian food at a good price. My partner is of chinese heritage so appreciates places such as this which offer a wider menu with some more traditional options on it. We've also had takeaways from here which have always been excellent too.
Whole gluten free menu and really delicious food- would really recommend it! Especially for a lunch stop
Great range of dishes, efficient service, good prices and the food is mostly good quality and very tasty.
I've always enjoyed good value and tasty food from Red Star, but since lock down I've ordered a few take aways and sadly the experience has been lacking. After a few orders with missing drinks (which I just wrote off), today they missed an order...
Super speedy service, large portions, great value. Wide enough variety of dishes to find something everyone will like and especially good bento box deals. For a cheap and cheerful meal, Red Star is a regular go-to.
