What Riley Khan doesn't like about Koto:
The restaurant is very pricey, with very small portions of food that lacked any special taste. I had to wait for a long time to pick up my takeout order and in the end, they didn't even have all the items I ordered because they ran out of rice. View all feedback. This Japanese restaurant just opened on North Parade. We didn't know what to expect, but this place was great!! My boyfriend and I both had the paitan ramen which was pretty much amazing; the menu said that they make their noodles in house. The restaurant itself was sunny, clean, and welcoming. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying their other dishes. View all feedback.
