this pub does not use this online booking system, so it is useless to make a reservation to this wise, as they do not get it. the staff was rude when we arrived, they had no beer at all, and then their kitchen was broken, so there was no food. Upon our arrival, it appeared that the restaurant wasn’t aware of our reservation, despite having booked weeks in advance. We were welcomed by Paul, who was very helpful throughout our visit. We ordered our meals, but while some items were advertised as gluten-free, they were unable to provide gluten-free bread. The tables were dirty, the service was subpar, the floor was filthy, the food was below average, and the garden was overgrown – and that’s putting it nicely.
