Domino's Pizza Oxford Kidlington

Explained that my daughter has dairy allergies and we need a chicken pizza with vegan cheese and they bluntly said they would n’t do it!! It’s unbelievable that you cannot cater to a basic change .. it was as simple as not using dairy! And using an alternative cheese option! How on earth was that difficult.

I waited two hours for a single pizza to be delivered. When I called to inquire about its whereabouts, I was informed that they only had two drivers. The app showed the pizza as out for delivery for about half an hour before it finally arrived - disappointingly, it was freezing cold.

We always order Domino's pizza on Tuesdays because they have great deals and we have never been disappointed with the service.

This is not the first time i am ordering from this place but this time have to say something. everytime i order something they call me and i answer they talk very rude and aggressive. u have a lake of customer skills if u want to have customers and less complaints than u need to act nice and have some good customer skills treat us like how u want to be treated. i work in hospitality and I know the buisness ur store is the worst.

The food was much better compared to the last time I ordered delivery. Everything seemed fresher, warmer, and tastier, and the pizza was very nice! I only had to wait 30 minutes after placing my order for home delivery, a big improvement from the 1 hour and 10 minutes I waited last time. The delivery person was a nice and friendly guy. I hope my future experiences with this restaurant are as good as this one!
