Barista Su always has a cheerful smile and has a talent for crafting exceptional coffee using carefully selected beans. The balance between the coffee and milk in his lovely Cortado truly brightens my day in Oxford. The café may be small, but it's cozy, particularly the outdoor seating along the lane by the Covered Markets. What Kayleigh Brackett doesn't like about Colombia Coffee Roasters:
We had bagels, coffee, and a matcha latte. The bagels were toasted but not for very long, the bread was warm but the fillings were cold. Still tasty enough but felt they could have been toasted for longer. The coffee was excellent but the matcha latte was style over substance. The powder hadn't been whisked properly and there were bitter lumps of matcha in the bottom of the cup. It was also too hot, as matcha require... View all feedback.
Had a take away cappuccino today, it was so good, I went back 10 minutes later for another. The best cappuccino I've had in years. Smooth velvety steamed and frothed milk and a wonderful flavour. A very slight premium in price over the main coffee chains, but the mochas and more complex drinks are the same prices as the chains. A good selection of cakes including gluten free as well. The staff were very hard working and friendly. The pager system is ideal for knowing when your order is ready. A definite must for me to visit again. Very highly recommended.

I had the worst almond croissant ever there. It was completely squashed, overpriced (they didn't apply the 50% discount for pastries that they had promised after 3 pm), the layers were clumped, and the bottom was oversoaked in oil. They would be better off reselling croissants from Tesco!
The coffee at Colombia Coffee Roasters is nothing short of exceptional. Each cup is a testament to their dedication to quality. Whether you’re a fan of a classic espresso, a velvety cappuccino, or a pour-over brewed to perfection, their baristas consistently deliver. I always visit here when I visit Oxford.
My go-to for coffee in city centre. Honestly, their pour-overs and variety of beans are unmatched in Oxford, albeit at a premium price. I highly recommend their Santa Monica(? beans served in a pour-over style of your choice (if you have the money and patience and love pour-overs . Full of body with strong blueberry notes. Stunning. Shoutout to the barista who recommended them. 8.5/5.
