What Jimmy H doesn't like about Colombia Coffee Roasters:
The coffee shop is always very busy, with a shortage of staff. As a result, many tables are covered in empty plates and cups, and I had to wait 8 minutes for my coffee. They offer a wide variety of food, but the small kitchen and limited staff make it impractical. To make up for the slow service, they give out beepers that alert you when your coffee is ready. Finally a proper cafe (by Aussie standard) in Summertown! Great coffee with various filter options. Highly recommended if you are nearby.
Stayed at easy hotel across the street from here. By showing the room card you can get 10% discount. Cappuccino and hot chocolate they were so good. Spacious and comfortable! Was great space for reading the book.
The cakes were a bit dry.. would recommend trying coconut cake it would a good one though
