What goffg32 doesn't like about Chicken Cottage:
AWFUL.. the service is terrible. Every single time we have ordered they forget items and then when we call they act like they couldn’t care less. They are an embarrassment of a business, can’t even complete a simple order. When we asked for replacement items they said no they’re “too busy” View all feedback.
Popped into shop on Cowley Road, amazing friendly staff, quick service, Food so tasteful full of flavour. Most definitely recommend 100% forget KFC
Ordered about 3-4 times last month or 2 everytime I call to request something the staff who answers the phone chooses to ignore everything and items come missing in the order this happned several times seems to be the same guy who answers the phone.
Beautiful chicken, hot is not sharp enough for me, but they did my extra hot when I asked absolutely perfect! The staff is very friendly and welcoming to also die the hot wings! Every penny worth!!!
I came here last week, I had wings and a pack to eat. It was very good, the chicken wings were actually even better than some that could be found on the competitor opposite the road. I would recommend a lot if you want a nice and cheap roasted chicken!
I haven't used it yet and was impressed. Good value delicious food. What more could you want?
