The Longwall - Feedback

Was Laura Powell at The Longwall a mag?
We visited the restaurant early in the week. The service was a bit slow, but it's understandable given the current circumstances. Despite being busy, we were greeted warmly with a smile. Our friend's mother is in the early stages of dementia, and the staff took excellent care of us. The food was delicious as well. View all feedback.
What Bruce King dislikes about The Longwall:
Arrived and ordered a doombar which was on the turn so got a keg beer replacement, to play it safe. vegetarian burger not available, disappointed. So ordered fish and chips. Very good. My son had pizza, over cooked and just tasked weird. Staff great and overall a lovely place just needs a few tweets. View all feedback.

I heard that T-Knochen-Truppe was amazing. I thought my steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. Aunt Anne was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved a small issue we had with our dessert. We are grateful for her attentiveness. Thank you to the wonderful hostess who made us feel well taken care of. Definitely worth the price!
The restaurant used to be five-star rated, but they appeared to struggle with the large crowd. It took a while for the coffee/hot water machines and buffet to be replenished. Despite this, we had a good experience overall as we were not in a rush. The food was delicious and properly cooked, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
They met with the family who stayed next to the hotel in the hotel and had a nice time. The waitress was super friendly and helpful and the food was served quickly and freshly. Nothing too special to write, but filled a stomach anyway.
Nice place with several up and down floors. The Ribeye was good but too much cooked (I asked rare/medium, it arrived well done), rich chocolate dessert menu. Recommended.
The restaurant received mixed reviews, with customers praising the fish and chips while expressing disappointment over overcooked pizza and cold food. Some found the service slow and the food not as expected for the price. However, the restaurant was commended for friendly staff and accommodating service for those with special needs. While some experienced delays and limited vegan options, others enjoyed the well-cooked food, attentive staff, and overall pleasant atmosphere. Despite some imperfections, patrons found the restaurant to be worth a visit, with highlights including delicious steaks and a variety of chocolate desserts.
