What SarahM doesn't like about 66a:
I thought I had walked into the restaurant in Fawlty Towers, especially when we had to ask for everything at least twice and the pleasant young girl put our wine on the table unopened. Asked if she could get anything else to which I replied, an open bottle of wine would be good. She tried to open a cork bottle as if it was a screw top!!! When she came back after at least 5 minutes she plonked the bottle on the table... View all feedback. What PeterG likes about 66a:
We had booked for the restaurant and the full menu, which you had confirmed, so were surprised to find that we were in the bar with only the bar menu. Although we were able to select a hot meal and the ambience was quiet and restful it would have been helpful if you could have informed us of the change in arrangement before the day. View all feedback.
